Bright Minds Daycare in Stony Plain, AB, provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow. We are committed to high-quality early childhood education and are seeking caring, motivated Early Childhood Educators (ECE Level 1, 2, or 3) to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Supervise children at all times and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
  • Assist with daily routines such as snack time, toileting, and transitions.
  • Contribute to lesson planning, documentation, and family communication.

Qualifications

  • ECE Level 1, 2, or 3 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
