We are seeking a **Facilities Administrator** to join our team in Winnipeg, MB.

Reporting to the Corporate Facilities Manager, the **Facilities Administrator** will manage the administrative requirements supporting our regional offices across Canada. This position will serve as a backup for the Office Support and Guest Services and Access Control Coordinator.

**The Facilities Administrator will**:

- Assist with the maintenance and administration of Facilities SOP's while ensuring the procedures for physical and electronic filing are adhered to.
- Action, escalate, and delegate work orders to appropriate service providers.
- Assist with the administration of local and regional projects.
- Assist with the coordination of inspections, certifications, etc. and provide direction to Office Support across the organization.
- Ensure all maintenance requirements and due dates are fulfilled to meet compliance for health & safety and building codes.
- Report utilities usage to the Corporate Facilities Specialist for all People Corporation regional sites.
- Ensure employee logistics are successfully setup (seating, parking pass, access pass, etc).
- Work closely with the frontline Facilities team to understand the needs of the business, visitors, and 3rd party vendors, while ensuring the needs of the business are met.

**T**o be successful **as a** Facilities Administrator** with People Corporation, you will need**:

- Experience working in an office environment.
- Strong prioritization skills; proven ability to be successful in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
- Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- To work within a team and display a collaborative attitude.
- To be a self-starter, goal-oriented, and ambitious.
**- 1-3 years work experience in property management, real estate, or facilities management industries.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using a hoteling software.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
