**LaPrairie Crane**, a member of LaPrairie Group of Companies, is one of Canada’s largest independent mobile-crane companies with fleet capabilities ranging from 5 - 600 tons, including all terrain, boom truck, carry deck, crawler, hydraulic truck, rough terrain, and tower cranes.

LaPrairie Crane is looking to immediately fill the position of **Junior Facility Administrator**.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Provide general reception duties such as first point of contact for visitors, answering and directing calls, shipping (both incoming and outgoing), etc.
- Maintain visitor log.
- Assist with file and document management, including scanning, copying, and posting materials.
- Perform data entry.
- Update electronic filing system.
- Responsible for updating spreadsheets for tracking certifications, permits, and CVIP dates.
- Responsible for ordering and stocking office supplies.
- Help with submitting purchase orders request.
- Support managers with quote development and pricing, as needed.
- Track visa receipts and code to proper accounts.
- Responsible for arranging/booking travel arrangements for operators.
- Schedule meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Other duties as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Previous experience with reception duties and answering phones an asset.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time-management capabilities required.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs of busy office environment required.
- An enthusiastic, positive outlook and willingness to learn required.
- Office Administration diploma or certificate considered an asset.
- Training, certificates, or previous experience in health and safety considered an asset.
