**Job Posting: Hybrid Sales/Production Coordinator**

**Location**: 760 Tupper Hawkesbury ON, K6A 3H2
**Type**: 6 months contract with possible extension

We are looking for a motivated and organized **Sales Coordinator** to join our team and support our sales operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales director with various administrative tasks, including writing communications, filing out forms, follow-up on various projects, etc.
- Do order entry in Sage300 and any order processing tasks.
- Coordinate with the shipping team for deliveries and client inquiries.
- Support administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of the sales team.
- Support the logistic department with various shipping related tasks.
- Assist with various tasks as needed to support the team and management.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative support is an asset.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and proactive.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is **required**.
- Ability to learn the following systems: Sage300 and Shopify.
- Must be bilingual (English and French)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nous recherchons un(e) **Coordonnateur(trice) des Ventes** motivé(e) et organisé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe et soutenir nos opérations de vente.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Assister la directrice des ventes dans diverses tâches administratives, notamment la rédaction de communications, le remplissage de formulaires, le suivi de divers projets, etc.
- Effectué l’entrés des commandes et assurer le traitement des commandes.
- Coordonner avec l’équipe de livraison et les demandes des clients pour garantir leur satisfaction.
- Soutenir les tâches administratives pour améliorer l'efficacité de l'équipe de vente.
- Soutenir le service de livraison dans diverses tâches liées à l'expédition.
- Participer à diverses tâches selon les besoins pour soutenir l'équipe et la direction.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience préalable en coordination des ventes ou en soutien administratif est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en communication.
- Soucieux du détail et proactif.
- Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) est **obligatoire**.
- Capacité à apprendre les systèmes suivants : Sage300 et Shopify.
- Doit être bilingue (Français et anglais).
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
