**JOB OBJECTIVE**

We are currently seeking for an experienced and technically skilled Warehouse Order/Cherry Picker (MHE) Machine Operators to join our team at Stormtech. This position is responsible for optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency, provide advanced support in the Warehouse, and other duties as assigned. Flexibility with scheduled workdays and shift preferences is ideal.

**SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Must be able to efficiently operate a Cherry Picker/Order Picker for the course of an entire shift length.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 10 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach.
- Operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, order pickers, and other equipment to move large quantities of merchandise.
- Shift flexibility is essential. Staff are required to be open to working voluntary and mandatory extra hours and willing to work at a fast pace.
- Operate comfortably within the Warehouse Management System (Apprise) to complete inventory transfers and stock moves.
- Even with climate controls, temperatures in some part of the warehouse can range from 15-32 Degrees Celsius.
- Carry out duties in compliance to legislative responsibilities, company guidelines and procedures regarding operation of powered equipment.
- Follow and adhere to safe operation of machines by completing pre-operation inspection, equipment care (including but not limited to: sign in/out, parking, harnesses and protective equipment, removing debris from path), general operation.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker.
- Proficiency operating technical machinery and RF scanners.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school or equivalent diploma.

Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous
transferable skills such as: machine operator, production worker, manufacturing, production operator, forklift operator

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
