Lotus Security is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Business Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new B2B clients for our comprehensive security solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and identify potential B2B clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and understand the security requirements of prospective clients.
- Present and demonstrate Lotus Security's monitored security systems and CCTV solutions to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target businesses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and solutions that address the specific security needs of clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition to implementation and activation of security systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position Lotus Security's offerings in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the security industry or related field.
- Must have a vehicle and valid drivers license
- Must be bondable (able to pass a criminal background check)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with clients.
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting activities to generate leads and opportunities.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to security systems and CCTV solutions.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.

Pay: $5,500.00-$7,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
