**Role Responsibilities**:

- Supervision and compliance monitoring of all deliveries.
- Monitoring safety compliance.
- Enforcement of Woodlands Log Haul Policies and procedures and applicable transportation regulations.
- Assist in Emergency Response for Woodlands activities.
- Administrative duties and data entry.
- Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders for transportation related activities.

**Role Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 1+ years of dispatching, transportation, or similar experience an asset
- Knowledgeable in the transportation industry an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical skills with computers, including but not limited to the Microsoft Suite (excel, word, etc) and ability to adapt to new systems.
- Self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment and with multiple stakeholders, at times under pressure.
- Strong multitasking skills, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
