Assistant Resident Manager(Live On Site)

Globe is currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager (Live on Site) for a building in the St. Vital area.
Experience in Managing buildings with 80-150 suites is an asset.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide assistance to the Resident Manager (back up during vacation/weekend on call rotation)
- Routine security checks, interior of buildings (including all mechanical rooms) and exterior (grounds/parking lot)
- Handle emergency repairs or call appropriate contractors
- Snow clearing of all entrances, sidewalks and ramps, sand icy areas as required
- Lawn maintenance
- Landscaping maintenance
- Garbage/debris pickup on the property
- Vacuum, clean spills and remove any clutter from common area floors,
Washing of common area windows including stairwell & landing windows,
Cleaning of all laundry rooms/locker rooms & mechanical rooms.
- Tenant relations
- Attend to tenant complaints or issues
- Completion of move-in and move-out condition reports
- Report to your Residential Property Manager
- Delivery of notices to tenant (provided to you by your Residential Manager) when needed
