**We're Hiring a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ABF Payments**

ABF Payments, a leading fintech company, is looking for a dynamic **CEO** to lead our growth in the rapidly evolving financial technology sector. If you're an experienced executive with deep knowledge of Canadian MSB regulations, FINTRAC compliance, and payment systems like SWIFT and card processing, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure strict compliance with Canadian MSB regulations under FINTRAC, maintaining a secure and transparent operation in line with AML, CTF, and KYC requirements.
- Lead the integration and maintenance of SWIFT payment networks, ensuring smooth and compliant cross-border transactions.
- Oversee card processing and integration systems, ensuring secure transaction flows and compliance with international and Canadian regulations.
- Represent ABF Payments in financial, legal, and regulatory matters with FINTRAC, financial institutions, and other relevant Canadian and international bodies.
- Monitor, report, and stay ahead of regulatory changes affecting the MSB and fintech sectors in Canada and globally.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banking partners, regulatory bodies, business clients, and other financial institutions local.
- Drive strategic growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and developing partnerships in the fintech and banking sectors.
- Oversee treasury operations, ensuring effective liquidity planning, cash flow management, and financial risk management.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, in compliance with Canadian MSB regulations and global financial standards.
- Collaborate with the executive team to execute the company's strategic objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a CFO/CEO or senior finance executive in a regulated MSB, fintech, or banking environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Canadian MSB law, FINTRAC regulations, AML/CTF laws, and experience with SWIFT and card processing systems.
- Deep understanding of multi-currency financial operations, treasury management, and liquidity planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management, financial forecasting, and strategic financial leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/CFA qualification is preferred.
- Ability to manage complex financial operations in a high-growth, regulated environment.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
