Assistant House Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1.) RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSISTING THE HOUSE SUPERVISOR IN THE DAILY OPERATION OF THE RESIDENCE.

2.) KNOWLEDGE OF BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES AND DEVELOPING INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMMING FOR THE CLIENTS.

3.) COMPLETING MONTHLY CHECKLISTS INCLUDING CHECKING MEDICATIONS WEEKLY.

4.) RESPONSIBLE FOR PETTY CASH RECORDING.

5.) PRIMARY WORKER RESPONSIBILITIES.

6.) ON-CALL ON A ROTATING BASIS AS WELL AS WORKING BI-WEEKEND SHIFTS.

7.) OTHER ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES WHEN REQUIRED.

**REPORTS TO**
- HOUSE SUPERVISOR, RESIDENTIAL CARE SUPERVISOR, AND/OR LICENSING SPECIALIST.

**REQUIRMENTS**:

- **DSW, CYW, SSW OR EQUIVALENT**
- WORK EFFECTIVELY WITH THE MANAGEMENT TEAM.
- FLEXIBILITY AND RELIABILITY.
- ABILITY TO UPHOLD OAKDALE’S POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND TRAIN STAFF.
- PARTICIPATE IN PROFESSIONAL MEETINGS WITH AGENCIES AND SCHOOLS.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- EXCELLENT REPORT WRITING SKILLS.
- EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
- VALID “G” DRIVER’S LICENSE.
