Form Studio Architects is a multi-disciplined Architectural firm in Thunder Bay, Ontario. We are looking to hire a permanent full-time Contract Administrator to join their our team.

This position reports directly to the Principals of FormStudio Architects Inc.

**Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities of the Contact Administrator include but are not limited to:

- Weekly travel to remote First Nation communities with occasional overnight stays.
- Review construction for conformance with drawings and specifications.
- Prepare site reports, complete with documents and pictures in electronic format.
- Prepare site instructions and respond to requests for information.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Aptitude for reading drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction processes.
- Should possess a college diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Architectural Technology and have 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Flexible approach to work hours to accommodate workload and deadlines as required.
- Possess good communication skills and strategies.
- Be familiar with, and/or have training in worksite safety.

**Probation Period**:
3 months

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
