We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for our Cambridge, Ontario facility.

**General Description**:
Working in a team environment, You will be responsible for handling all the administration for a client request from inception to completion; utilizing multiple computer programs, creating multiple documents and reports while working cohesively with Sales, Logistics and Operations. You will manage customer contracts, quotes, customer service agreements
- including SOW checklists on key accounts.

You will provide your administrative expertise and leadership to support/coordinate activities, deal with issues & concerns and maintain overall Customer Service Department objectives with orders and contracts.

**Qualifications & Knowledge**:

- Min 2 yrs experience working in a multi-tasked administrative/customer service position
- College Diploma or University degree in Business.
- Excellent administrative, computer sills & proficiency with Microsoft Office (word/excel)
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Exceptional listening skills. Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
