We’re looking for an Experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Victoria, BC. If you’re passionate about travel, thrive on building meaningful client relationships, and love turning dream trips into reality, we’d love to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Craft unforgettable journeys - Design customized itineraries that include flights, accommodations, tours, cruises, insurance, and more.
- Be a trusted advisor - Guide clients with expertise, care, and attention to detail, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
- Deliver exceptional service - Make every client feel welcomed, valued, and excited about their travel plans.
- Meet and exceed goals - Work towards achievable commission targets while focusing on client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Stay organized & efficient - Manage bookings, invoicing, and client communications with accuracy and professionalism.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of experience in travel consulting, retail travel, or a related client-facing sales role.
- A proven track record of meeting sales or service goals.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, with personal travel experience.
- Proficiency with booking systems including a GDS (preferably Sabre), advanced computer skills, and comfort working with technology.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and some holidays

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Competitive base salary plus commission (average earnings: $48,000-$77,000+ depending on experience and sales performance).
