Aramark Remote Workplace Services and CreeQuest are looking for Front Desk Clerks for immediate placement at our Detour site in Northern Ontario. Rotation is 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Transportation is provided from Cochrane, ON. Infinity software experience is an asset.

The Concierge II is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by assisting with guest needs, act as a point of reference for guests who need information and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. The Concierge II may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand guests needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel
- Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
- Fulfills special requests made by hotel guests and participates in the organization of special events
- Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents
- Schedules and assigns daily work assignments the guest services team and oversees completion of tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Previous guest services experience required
- Supervisory experience in a related role preferred
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

Physical demands including, but not limited to minimum of 10 hours a day, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
