Every patient who walks through our doors will remember you,not just because you greet them with a smile, but because you make sure they leave saying, "Wow, that was the best eye clinic ever" It’s a big role, but don’t worry we've got your back (and your front). **What You’ll Be Doing**: - Master the art of greeting patients and answering phones like a customer service wizard. - Book appointments with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker (minus the tools, although our optical lab has those too). - Check patients in and out, process payments, handle insurance, and generally keep everything running smoother than a fresh pair of lenses. - Manage product inventory like a pro, because no one should ever be without their contact lenses or eye drops - Help the optical and pretest departments when they need a hand (or two). **What You Bring**: - Superpower-level relationship-building skills (no cape required, but appreciated). - A love for fast-paced environments,think of it like juggling, but with phones and appointments. - Communication skills that would impress even Shakespeare. - Experience with an EMR system is a bonus.
