Job summary:
At Sea Glass, the hosts and servers are responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for guests through taking orders, listening and anticipating needs, guiding steps of service, and engaging with guests. As a customer facing position in the restaurant, hosts and servers are responsible for following company policy and meeting the standards of a positive and safe work environment.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for people with a passion for people and the hospitality industry. No experience? No problem. We hire for personality and ‘fit’ first, and are happy to train the right person for the role. Hosts must be able to adapt during times of high and low volume while performing at the highest level to ensure an overall positive guest experience. Must be over the age of 19.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 10-40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
