Messagers provides a full line of transportation services including air and road freight, consolidations, critical shipments and direct drive. We offer regular scheduled services as well as individualized routing to meet your specific needs.

We are continually growing and looking for an energetic Operations Agent to join our team Someone that can work at a fast paced environment and meet daily deadlines. Someone who likes a challenge and likes to learn and grow.

**Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in logistics/operations coordination or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with logistics software systems

**Duties**

  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Creating and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and export logistics-related data.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and multiple industries.
  • Assist in all aspects of the inbound/outbound order process.
  • Strengthen relationships with partners/customers by providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Support the Supply Chain and Logistic activities as required.

**Education**

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

**Experience**

  • Transport/Logistics - 5 years (required)

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
