**C'est quoi vos contributions à l'équipe?**:
Dans le cadre de votre poste, vous serez appelé à:

- Assurer l’adhésion aux échéanciers de production, et le cas échéant, orchestrer avec toutes les parties prenantes les plans de rattrapage;
- Assurer que les pièces et matières requises soient présentes à temps sur la ligne d’assemblage;
- Communiquer l’information sur les pénuries, et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes logistiques d’approvisionnement et de fabrication;
- Interagir avec plusieurs équipes multifonctions (Logistique-Approvisionnement, Méthodes, Génie Industriel, Qualité, Production, etc.);
- Participer aux projets d’amélioration (Atteindre l’Excellence, 5S, Réduction des coûts et des inventaires, Production à valeur ajoutée, etc).

**Comment réussir dans le rôle?**:

- Vous possédez un Baccalauréat dans le domaine de la logistique ou Génie industriel, Opérations et Logistique, Gestion des opérations ou un diplôme collégial avec expérience de travail équivalente;
- Vous devez démontrer un grand intérêt pour la planification, la coordination des travaux, l’amélioration continue et la production à valeur ajoutée;
- Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais);
- Vous maitrisez la suite Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Vous possédez de l’expérience avec le système ERP SAP (atout majeur);
- Vous avez de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la logistique.

**What are your contributions to the team?**:
In your role, you will:

- Ensure respect of production timelines, and if necessary, elaborate catch-up plans with all stakeholders;
- Ensure that the required parts and materials are present on time on the assembly line;
- Communicate information on shortages, and work closely with the supply logistics team and manufacturing team;
- Interact with various multi-disciplinary teams (Logistics-Supply, Methods, Plant Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality);
- Take part in the improvement projects (Achieving Excellence System, 5S, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, improved manufacturing, etc.).

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering, Operations & Logistics Management, or College Diploma with equivalent experience You have
- You must demonstrate a great interest for planning, work coordination, continuous improvement and value-added production;
- You are bilingual (French and English);
- You are proficient with the Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- You have experience with the SAP ERP system (major asset);
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of logistics.
