**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Support the development of the of manufacturing strategy for new programs
- Build a robust process for design for manufacturing within the Product Development environment including a clearly defined requirements definition and adherence process
- Review industry trends in manufacturing innovation and provide strategic recommendations to the company
- Support the refinement of process standards for Manufacturing Engineering across all Bombardier manufacturing Sites

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in aerospace manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- You have at least 15 years’ experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in project management delivering proven results
- You have Product Development experience and understand the Aircraft development phases.
- You have excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and gain buy-in for integration initiatives.
- You have demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate multi-functional teams, drive change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- You have a proven ability to develop and capitalize on new business opportunities, set business goals and deliver on plans.
- You can be Controlled Goods certified and support defense initiatives that may require additional military clearances.
