**Repair Coordinator, Evo Car Share**
- Summary: _

Reporting to the Manager, Fleet Operations, the Repair Coordinator position supports the Evo Fleet Team by coordinating the activities of the Evo Fleet Tech’s to ensure that the vehicles meet the highest experience standards for Evo Car Share Members. This position provides support to the fleet team to ensure that the vehicle fleet availability and utilization consistently meet optimum levels. Under the direction of the Manager Fleet Operations the Coordinator will prioritize fleet technician tasks and assist with the coordination of repairs to partner repair shops as well as other administrative tasks.

This position supports Evo Car Share in becoming BC’s most convenient car sharing service by ensuring that the availability and cleanliness of the vehicle fleet are held to the highest standards for Evo Members at all times. This position reports to the Manager, Fleet Operations Car Sharing.
- Key Responsibilities: _
- Responsible for monitoring and Actioning Vehicles requiring repair by External Vendors
- Monitors and assists Collision specialist with Viewing Damage photos and coordinating Bodyshop workloads
- Prepares and Maintains a Preventative maintenance strategy with guidance from Manager and Team lead
- Responsible for monitoring and Actioning Vehicles requiring Preventative Maintenance by External Vendors
- Able to Authorize repair estimates to Mechanical vendors, once approved By Manager
- Is responsible for in/out service calls from external vendors
- Coordinates repair tows via third party or BCAA ERS
- Assists with dispatch and coordination of internal Batcave repairs and Triage
- Maintains Triage reports at external vendors to minimize repair cycle time
- Assists and backs up Fleet Coordinator with daily Ticket dispatching
- Responsible for Mechanical repair forecasting and Monthly reconciliation
- Supports the Evo Fleet technicians by forwarding damage claims to the Claims Coordinator for investigation and documents or updates damage pictures in to the database
- Coordinates and tracks all repairs at local vendors and updates the appropriate spreadsheet or database to ensure it is up to date at all times
- Identifies and escalates any problematic out of service issues to Manager Fleet Operations.
- Assists the Member Services Team with the relocation of vehicles either by towing or directing to the appropriate location
- Assists the Member Services Team with Member requests and helps direct Fleet technician or vendor to assist when possible.
- Responds to all Collision vendor inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Reviews and responds to ICBC requests as required or escalates to Fleet Manager
- Assists with the reporting of key fleet performance metrics including Vehicle fleet availability, fleet ticket tracking, vehicle repair costs and cost per Km
- Reports and sends out daily updates on Fleet availability
- Assists with the documenting of fleet invoices and escalates any concerns regarding repairs to the Manager, Fleet Operations
- Supports marketing, and member service team as required regarding new campaigns, services, and strategies
