**ORDER ENTRY, ADMINISTRATOR**
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working as a member of the Order Department which serves as the link between Manhattan’s Sales teams and various other departments.
- Processing order entries for all sales including majors, boutiques, etc.
- Maintain accurate inventory information in Manhattan’s in-house software
- Transmit necessary information to local warehouse or 3rd party operator to complete processes
- Filing
- Allocating
- Invoicing
- Receiving’s
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must be very detail orientated
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Able to work in a high pressure environment
- *1-2 years of relevant experience_
