**Paid Media Specialist**

This is an exciting opportunity for a paid media specialist to join the Marketing team at Solvere Services, a rapidly growing managed services firm in Toronto.

Based in our vibrant North York office, you’ll be part of an ambitious team of staff from all over the world who are already well on our way to becoming a market leader.

Servicing our clients in the insolvency industry, we have helped support thousands of individuals in Canada change their financial futures for the better through Government-legislated debt solutions including Consumer Proposals and Bankruptcy.

We’re looking for an experienced paid media specialist with experience in Google, Facebook and Youtube ad platforms. You will help to form the strategy and deliver all paid social activity across each of these platforms for the clients we work with, including A. Fisher & Associates, Licensed Insolvency Trustee.

**Key responsibilities**
- Implement strategy and delivery of all paid activity on social platforms - i.e. Google, Facebook and Youtube (Snapchat & TikTok also preferable)
- Working with content & design teams to create new content and evolve existing ads/landing pages
- Maximize efficiency of all campaigns working to KPI’s including CPL, conversion rate & CPA
- Leverage existing analytics, reports and tools to track performance
- Run effective campaigns in our main geographical regions (Ontario)
- Track & monitor the market and main competitors within the market
- Manage budget and lead volumes daily based on agreed targets
- Testing landing page and website performance to improve performance
- Work with wider lead generation team to produce positive results

**Knowledge and experience**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in paid media role
- Excellent understanding of Google, Facebook & Youtube platforms
- Experience working towards daily lead targets
- Skilled Microsoft Excel user
- Strong commercial awareness
- Takes responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks; able to handle multiple work streams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced user of Google Analytics
- Ability to manage targets and report on KPI’s
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and creative, likes to bring ideas to the table
- Analytical with a high attention to detail
- Results-oriented with strong sense of ownership of projects and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,000.00 per year
