As a Health Care Aide (HCA), you will work as a collaborative member of the multi-disciplinary team providing personal assistance including supporting activities of daily living and support services to patients (clients, residents) who require short-term assistance or ongoing support, in accordance with the patient care plan and facility policies and procedures. **Preferred Qualifications**:
Previous Long Term Care Nursing Experience preferred. 1-2 years Caregiver Experience in an Adult Clinical Care Setting preferred. Completion of Supportive Pathways or equivalent dementia care education or experience will be considered a preferred asset. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as member of a care team. Palliative Care experience will be considered a preferred asset.
