Job Description
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating the railcar movements for the assigned divisions
- Railcar releases, diversions, paperwork, and notices
- Negotiating rates with the carriers to optimize the profits of the company.
- Providing different rates from various carriers to supply the demands of the traders for negotiation of sales/purchases.
- Keeping track of all brokered loads.
- Making sure suppliers ship within due dates.
- Getting settlements weights from customers.
- Dealing with A/P and A/R for payments and balances.
- Passing all broker tickets in due time for month end.
- Reviewing invoices in case of discrepancies.
- Dealing with Customs Broker if need be.
- Tariff numbers of corrections.
- Creating custom invoices for inbound/outbound loads.
- Dealing with FDA, EPA, CBP if need be.
- Moving assets for different divisions,
- Creating necessary paperwork for assets shipments.

Qualifications
**Let's talk about you **
- Logistics background with 2 years experience in logistics.
- Customs ruling \ Tariff classification knowledge (an asset).
- Ease of working on different platforms:

- Learning new software must not be an issue.
- Online platform friendly: Outlook 365, Google Drive, Forms, Shared files. Intranet, knowledge in Excel.
- Bilingual (French and English): spoken and written.
- Being able to cope with ongoing live events.
- Certificate, diploma in logistics (an asset).
