- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including order processing, tracking and tracing, updating customers, dispatching orders to our drivers and partners, and transportation.

**Responsabilités**
- Coordonner et superviser tous les aspects des opérations logistiques, y compris le traitement des commandes, le suivi et la traçabilité, la mise à jour des clients, l'envoi des commandes à nos chauffeurs et partenaires, et le transport.
- Gérer les processus de commande pour assurer la livraison rapide des produits aux clients/en provenance de ceux-ci.
- Utiliser TMS (Systeme de gestion des transports) et d'autres logiciels pour la saisie des commandes et le suivi des commandes.
- Analyser les données liées aux performances logistiques et identifier les domaines à améliorer.
- Collaborer avec le personnel de l'entrepôt pour faciliter les activités d'expédition.
- Tenir des registres précis des expéditions, des réceptions, au sein du TMS.
- Développer des relations avec des partenaires pour rationaliser les opérations logistiques et réduire les coûts.
- Assurer le respect des réglementations de sécurité.

**Qualifications**
- Une expérience avérée en coordination logistique ou dans un domaine connexe est préférable.
- Solide connaissance des principes et pratiques du transport.
- Maîtrise des compétences en analyse de données pour interpréter efficacement les mesures logistiques.
- Une expérience de travail avec TMS est un plus.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles avec une attention aux détails.
- Solides compétences en communication pour une collaboration efficace avec les membres de l'équipe et les partenaires externes.
- Capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement en évolution rapide tout en gérant efficacement plusieurs tâches.
