Capital Ford Lincoln in Winnipeg is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lincoln Concierge. As a Lincoln Concierge, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to our valued Lincoln customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Lincoln customers, providing personalized assistance and guidance throughout their ownership journey
- Build strong relationships with customers by proactively addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Work with designated Lincoln Team to meet the needs of our clients, including personal greetings, access to loaner vehicles, lounge amenities, showroom appearance, appointment scheduling, cleanliness of vehicles, surprise-and-delight interactions and follow up calls
- Stay up to date with the latest Lincoln product knowledge, features, and technologies to effectively educate customers
- Schedule and manage service appointments, assisting customers with maintenance, repairs, and warranty inquiries
- Inspect vehicles prior to each customer delivery to ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly and communicate the results with the customer

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively and professionally
- Current valid driver’s license
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely customer support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Luxury car experience an asset
- Strong computer and phone skills
