**Job description**

We're looking for driven and self-motivated individuals with a positive outlook and strong work ethic for direct sales positions. Outbound sales experience is preferred but not required. This position will require grit - that's resilience, the ability to keep working towards an objective that is challenging despite failure and rejection. It requires self-control to focus on the big picture and stay the course. **Applicants must currently live in or within 1/2 hour of Regina to qualify.**

**Compensation**

Compensation is literally unlimited. We will never cap commissions - the higher your sales, the higher your commission rate. Bonuses are earned based on quarterly sales results.

There are 2 compensation models to choose from

1) An hourly salary of $15/hour plus the opportunity to earn a bonus based on leads and sales generated.

2) Pure commission on sales (recommended for more experienced sales reps only)

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
