We offer a rotating menu of 4 hot soups per day, with a variety of over 80 soups, focusing on craftsmanship, variety, and exceptional hospitality.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced **Junior Sous Chef** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years kitchen experience who wants to refine their skills in a fast-paced, high-quality production operation. You’ll assist in food and ingredient preparation, support kitchen operations, and occasionally help on the customer-facing side of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare ingredients according to recipe specifications with mínimal supervision
- Assist the Head/Sous Chef with prep work (e.g. cutting vegetables, cutting of meats, cooking of pastas and starches, and other ingredients)
- Maintain the lunch line by reheating and re-filling soups
- Keep a clean and organized workspace and kitchen
- Able to lift 45+ lbs
- Greet and assist customers
- Portion and serve hot soups
- Packaging soups into containers for retail sales
- Labeling and inventorying of products

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service
- Passion for cooking, teamwork, and delivering high-quality food
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Reading and following established written recipes
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Follow both verbal and written English instructions
- Physical ability to lift and carry 45+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment
