This is our goal. You naturally seek input from others and enjoy contributing at a high level to a united team of experts where deliverables are expected to be outstanding.
- **Accountable**: Your team can always count on you and you communicate with ease. You naturally take responsibility and deliver on your commitments and targets. You are results driven, enjoy being held accountable (and measured) and have a high standard for the quality of the work you deliver. When problems arise, you quickly confront issues with proposed solutions to be solved before we are up against a deadline.
- You have a keen interest in building a career in Property Management - preferably, you are currently taking or have plans to obtain your PM License shortly.
- You are extremely organized, tech savvy, detailed with your work and efficient with your time.
- You are team player, with a fantastic can-do attitude and are quick to help and provide support to your team.
- You enjoy working within a strong company culture and on a team to ensure outstanding customer service is delivered on all fronts and every client interaction is a positive one.
- You love being on site, inspecting beautiful properties and have a reliable form of transportation.
- You are customer focused, punctual and present yourself professionally at all times.
