Pinnacle Hospitality is a dynamic, fast-growing restaurant group dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences across a diverse portfolio of restaurants. Known for our commitment to quality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence, we're looking for a **Regional Restaurant Director** to lead the opening of our three new restaurant locations.

**Position Overview**

As the **Regional Restaurant Director**, you will be responsible for hiring and leading the opening team for our new restaurants in Richmond, Toronto, San Diego. This leadership role will ultimately be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring operational consistency, mentoring the restaurant teams, and implementing company standards. You’ll serve as a strategic partner between corporate leadership and frontline teams, ensuring every location meets brand expectations and business goals. Experience in Italian, French, or Western Mediterranean quiescence will be important.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and direction to each restaurant manager at our three new locations.
- Work with each location and chef to develop menu’s and concepts.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve sales, labor, and controllable costs.
- Hiring, training, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to ensure consistency and brand integrity.
- Champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, and performance excellence.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary, and Finance teams to execute promotions, menu rollouts, and regional initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Certification of culinary training, a degree in Culinary Arts or apprenticeship, Red Seal and journeyman certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive role in an upscale casual or fine dining kitchen.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in opening a successful restaurant.
- Culinary degree preferred, but not required
- Experience in Italian, French, or Western Mediterranean quiescence important.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
