**Payroll Administrator**

**Join our team** We're seeking a motivated and dedicated Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and support our accounting team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
- Manage payroll inquiries, bonuses, and commissions.
- Handle year-end payroll documents (T4, T4A, etc.).
- Remit third-party payments and manage garnishments.
- Prepare ROEs and manage benefit enrollments.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Provide accounting support as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of payroll experience.
- Familiarity with CDK and ADP Workforce.
- Automotive dealership experience preferred.
- Accounting/Payroll education.
- Strong knowledge of ESA standards.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
