A Great Blue Resorts Property Crew is responsible to participate in all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the Resorts facilities and maintain the resort to a clean, safe and well-maintained standard which enhances owner and guest enjoyment.

As property maintenance lead, you will have the opportunity to be a manager-in-training and learn as much as possible from the property manager. You will assist with staff scheduling, mentoring and developing other team members, assigning daily tasks, all while ensuring the resort is well maintained and customer requests are prioritized. You will learn the basics of leading a small team, time-management, prioritization, while helping to run a resort with over 200 seasonal cottages.

A strong Property Crew member may have some understanding of water treatment, pool maintenance, plumbing and electrical systems. They are responsible for maintenance process and health and safety regulations.

The goal is to ensure the resort facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the resorts’ business operations.
