Our client is a full sales and services provider dedicated to supporting financial services and insurance providers in the Canadian market. Their team of Licensed Insurance Advisors provides support across all provinces and territories. Your team will include both unlicensed and licensed insurance advisors. Your role will be to lead the Quebec insurance sales team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a Licensed Insurance professional, you’ll be supporting, motivating, inspiring & guiding a team of Licensed Insurance Advisors dedicated to providing human-centered, high-quality customer experiences. The Licensed Advisors and supporting unlicensed teams have over 30 years of experience providing an extensive product shelf of insurance products including Term Life, Accidental Death & Critical Illness to customers of Canada’s leading financial services and insurance companies.

As an effective, results-driven communicator, you and your team take accountability for achieving performance KPI’s.

In short, the Sales Manager will translate the organization’s vision, mission, and values into a meaningful context that sales teams can relate to and feel excited about.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- Superior fully bilingual communication skills (written & verbal)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact centre sales environment with a track record of achieving quantifiable objectives
- Minimum of 1 year of sales leadership & coaching experience with team accountability for achieving targets in a contact centre setting
- 1 year of insurance experience an asset
- Life insurance certification an asset
- Flexibility to work 8 hour shifts within an 11:00 am to 9:00 pm operational window, M-F
- Positive / up-beat disposition with persistency to goals
- Proven ability to influence and motivate others to achieve sales results
