We are looking for an Administrative Representative to join our team. Under the direction of the Power Line Technician Training
Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing support on a variety of complex administrative, business, operational, and safety
processes and programs within the Power Line Technician Trades Training and PLT Pre-placement Programs.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Maintain and administer the Power Line Technician Trades Training Program in Oracle program.
- Responsible for time and expense entry within the HRMS system.
- Reconcile visa and travel expenses using Travel and Expense Management System.
- Process employee transfers and distribute and track transfer appraisals.
- Organize safety training and record attendance through SAP.
- Requisition all tools and equipment.
- Compile, coordinate, and prepare information required for the section operating budget and monitor budget accounts as to the
- proper allocation of charges and perform journaling as required.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and workshops.
- Assist with the duties of the PLT Pre-placement Training Programs.
- Prepare reclassification letters for Power Line Technician Pool employees.
- Establish and maintain an effective line of communication and act as a liaison with internal and external groups.
- May be required to train and/or direct junior employees.
- Some travel may be required.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Grade 12 education with proficiency in basic mathematics and a keyboarding ability of 40 w.p.m., plus two years of related

experience.
OR
- Grade 12 education, plus completion of commercial or vocational special courses, plus one year of related experience.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), HRMS, TEM, Oracle, SAP, and MyBudget/BPS.
- Must be familiar with union agreements and corporate policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Manitoba Hydro operating budget procedures including monitoring of expenditures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate policies, procedures, and/or regulations and collective agreements.
- Must be creative, organized, self-motivated, and capable of achieving broadly defined objectives.
- Thorough knowledge of office procedures and routines.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and be capable of communicating, both orally and in writing.
- Capable of dealing in a firm, tactful, and courteous manner with employees by phone or personal contact.

**_ Salary Range_**

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $26.72-$34.99 Hourly,
$51,208.04-$67,056.86 Annually.
