Come join our sweet team We are hiring for a customer service position at our 1525 Pandora Ave location.

The staff at Origin operate as a fun supportive team, and value mutual respect, creative collaboration and attention to quality.

The current position is for 2 to 3 shift a week 7:30am start, must have Monday and Saturday availability. Must be customer focused and solution based.

Position Purpose:
**Provide personable, efficient service to customers **and fulfill other tasks in a manner in accordance to Origin Bakery’s values, in order to facilitate a profitable business

Reports to : Store Manager/Front Supervisor, General Manager, and Owner

**Responsibilities**:

- attend shifts as outlined in the Human Resources Manual
- complete tasks as outlined in the Front Manual
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of retail section of bakery
- ensure proper stock rotation, using the ‘FIRST IN, FIRST OUT’ system
- inform supervisors when inventory is low
- advise supervisors of customer complaints
- help with training of new front staff
- other reasonable duties as assigned

Position Requirements: (outside Origin’s Employee Standards and Guidelines)
- comfortable with written and spoken English
- able to lift up to 25 kg without assistance
- effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- able to maintain good rapport with customers and coworkers
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- food safe certification
- must be hold appropriate visa to work in Canada

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20- 24 per week

**Salary**: $16.75-$17.53 per hour
