If you are hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities**: Project Preparation and Coordination - Assist in understanding job requirements and project specifications. - Help prepare sites for work by coordinating with General Contractors (G.C.s) and ensuring site readiness. - Identify and report potential issues to the supervisor. Installation and Labour - Perform waterproofing installations as directed, including air vapour barrier membranes. - Assist with metal cladding, flat roofing, and general construction tasks as needed. Daily Reporting and Communication - Provide updates on work assignments and locations. - Document site activities and progress. - Participate in daily and weekly safety meetings and ToolBox Talks. Issue Resolution and Logistics - Assist in resolving on-site issues by reporting to the foreman or supervisor. - Prepare and handle materials, tools, and equipment before, during, and after projects. - Help with job site measurements and quality inspections post-installation. Safety and Compliance - Adhere to project start and end times as directed. - Ensure tools and materials are ready and available for use. - Inspect and maintain safety equipment. - Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
