We’re looking for a highly motivated Design and Sales Consultant with a genuine passion for design and a strong interest in sales to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with customers, and loves helping people bring their design vision to life.

In this role, you’ll work closely with designers, trade partners, and end users—supporting them through product selection, quotes, specification details, and full project coordination. You’ll provide personalized styling and product recommendations, engage customers across digital platforms, drive online sales, and contribute directly to business development, online engagement, and partnership initiatives.

Please note: This is a fully in-person role.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with designers, trade partners, and end users to recommend products, prepare quotes, manage specifications, and coordinate all project details.
- Provide expert lighting and décor guidance that aligns with each customer’s aesthetic, functional needs, budget, and timeline.
- Drive online sales by delivering exceptional service and using strong product knowledge to support purchasing decisions.
- Contribute to business development by nurturing repeat customers, strengthening trade relationships, and identifying new partnership opportunities.
- Work toward monthly sales and engagement targets to support overall departmental growth.
- Lead Instagram outreach and engagement by responding to DMs, offering product recommendations, and maintaining a friendly, approachable brand presence.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators, helping manage partnerships and identifying opportunities to highlight new products and collections.
- Coordinate with the e-commerce and marketing teams on partnership initiatives involving trade clients, vendor partners, and industry collaborators.
- Stay informed on design trends, new product launches, and industry developments.
- Share ideas to improve the online shopping experience and streamline customer workflows.
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen product expertise, design knowledge, and e-commerce skills.
- Be an active team player—support colleagues, collaborate openly, and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong passion for sales, customer service, and relationship building.
- Genuine interest in home décor, interior design, and lighting.
- Comfortable using Instagram and digital communication; experience with DMs, social engagement, or online sales tools is an asset.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Motivated by achieving targets and contributing to team success.
- Previous experience in e-commerce
- Creative, proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
