**Sales and Design Consultant - E-commerce Department**

As a Sales and Design Consultant in the E-commerce Department at Union Lighting & Decor, you’ll play a crucial role in providing an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers. You’ll assist clients through digital channels, offering personalized design advice and product recommendations while helping to grow our online sales. This role is perfect for someone who loves sales, enjoys engaging with customers, and has a passion for home decor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice on lighting, home decor, and design solutions, helping customers find products that fit their style and requirements.
- Achieve sales targets by delivering excellent customer service and utilizing product knowledge to guide purchasing decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and new design techniques.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize the online shopping experience.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and familiarity with e-commerce tools.

**Qualifications**:

- A passion for sales and working with people.
- Strong interest in home decor and interior design.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team-oriented culture.
- Previous e-commerce, retail, or sales experience is an asset but not required.
