**Production Planner**

**Responsibilities**:
**Production Planning**:

- **Production Workflow Coordination**:Manage production workflow for multiple product lines and distributed products.
- **Operations Scheduling**: Plan and prioritize operations/distribution schedules to maximize performance.
- **Resource Planning**: Collaborate with Operations Management to determine necessary manpower, equipment, and raw materials for production demands.
- **Resource Scheduling**: Allocate production resources according to needs and continually monitor job progress to ensure timely completion.
- **Issue Management**: Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions, informing relevant departments of any schedule changes.
- **Performance Reporting**: Gather output information (e.g., number of orders shipped, percentage of on-time deliveries). Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- **Organization**: Maintain organized paperwork using a digital filing system.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work with quality control, warehouse, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Microsoft Navision experience is a MUST
- 5+ Years of experience in data entry, customer service, or planning
- Ability to clearly and effectively convey information to customers and team members.
- Works well with others, supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Manages multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Maintains an optimistic outlook, which can enhance the customer experience and team morale.
- Anticipates potential issues and takes initiative to address them before they escalate.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
