In this role, you’ll provide consultative support to our corporate services business partners, including Finance, People, Supply Chain, SharePoint and other business areas and teams, on our integrated IS platforms and technology matters.

**In year 1, you will**:
Familiarize yourself with our existing IS systems and processes.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships and begin to promote functional/technical leadership when working with business partners.
Identify and prioritize complex functional/technical and maintenance issues and manage budgets within the Corporate Services team and larger IS department.

**In year 2, you will**:
Develop our strategic vision to align with our IS Applications roadmap and pillars.
Contribute to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) refresh project.
Manage recruitment and enable our Corporate Services team to successfully support applicable business partners.

**What it takes**:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline, plus a minimum of eight years of experience in a leadership role managing multiple large cross-functional teams and programs, ideally in the utilities sector, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
Extensive knowledge of ERP solutions, SAP implementation life cycles and the holistic approach to management of modules within the platform.
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills to support business partners with solving complex scenarios based on their needs.
Excellent leadership and project management skills for guiding the execution of large enhancement and sustainment projects.
