**Do you know AGF Rebar ? **AGF rebar is a division of the AGF Group, a Canadian leader in the supply and installation of reinforcing steel since 1948. AGF group is a Montreal based company with activities in now 10 countries. We specialize in rebar and have participated in many high-end projects like windmills, bridges, hospitals, sports complexes, commercial and residential buildings, and many other types of infrastructures.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the **sales representative** will be responsible for the development of Ontario. He/she will develop and maintain new and existing business partnerships with customers to increase our project portfolio in the province. He/She will prepare, submit quotes, follow up, and assist clients within AGF’s price policies and conditions.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Develops and maintains strong business relationships with existing clients;
- Collaborate with estimating team to determine pricing and provide quotes;
- Follow-up regularly on quotes to secure projects;
- Supply clients with information regarding projects, rebar and quotes status;
- Contribute to the team’s weekly, monthly, and annual goals;
- Attend scope specific meetings with customers;
- Assist clients during the project with different recommendations or suggestion;
- Other administrative tasks (pulling out reports, archiving, etc);
**What we're looking for**:
- Post-Secondary Education;
- 5-7 years of Sales Experience, ideally in a construction setting;
- Proficiency in a Google environment as well as Excel and Powerpoint;
- Ability to build and maintain productive sales relationships with clients;
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information to customers;
- Excellent oral and written communication;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service skills
