Due to continued growth, we seek **a Relocation Coordinator/Move Manager** to join our team of dedicated and long-serving employees from our Mississauga, ON office.

The **Relocation Coordinator/Move Manager** is responsible for assisting clients throughout their move process as they relocate in Canada, the United States or anywhere in the world.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients during the move process as they relocate in Canada, the United States or throughout the world
- Coordinate the entire move process including quoting the client, coordinate transportation, moving and storage activities, manage customs requirements, manage the client database, troubleshoot issues, oversee customer support and prepare and follow-up on invoices
- Set and maintain expectations, keeping the clients informed at each stage of the process
- Be proactive with communications and problem solving
- Communicate with all stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver an all-around exceptional relocation experience for our clients
- Other related duties as required
**Required Experience and Skills**:

- A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in education and experience is preferred
- Minimum 2 years successful experience in a high-touch customer service environment is required
- Minimum 1 year experience in a logistics, transportation, or dispatch role in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) required. Strong command of other languages may be an asset.
