We are seeking an individual with a high level of customer service and relationship management skills. You will be the Single Point of Contact for both the Corporation and the Transferee for all relocation services.

For some clients you will be working with employees who have a relocation budget. They will rely on your sound recommendations to the use the available dollars towards their approved relocation costs. All expenses for the employee and the properties will flow through you for approval and administration. You will also assist the transferee in the sale/rental of their current homes and finding accommodations at the destination. As well, you will be responsible for managing vacant homes and delivering sound real estate recommendations to your internal team and to the corporate client in the sale throughout North America..

We are seeking an individual who has very strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced high volume team environment. You must be able to manage simultaneous tasks, be proactive and meet tight deadlines. You will be required to have excellent communication skills as you will be the primary communication source to our suppliers and our moving partners As well, you must possess computer proficiency to ensure quality data entry and report generation.

Our clients are very confidential and you must possess your PR status or be a Canadian Citizen in order for you to obtain the necessary clearance. We are seeking someone who has personally relocated or travelled broadly. As well, we are looking for 1-2 years of experience and a College or University education. Bilingualism is a definite asset
