**Key Responsibilities**:

- Calculate and analyze the cost components (ingredients, labor, overhead) associated with each recipe or menu item, collaborating with various departments to access pertinent data.
- Evaluate the profitability of menu items by considering cost, selling price, and volume, offering recommendations for pricing adjustments as required.
- Conduct competitor analysis on comparable products and services within the industry.
- Generate comprehensive reports for relevant departments, providing accurate metrics, project status, objectives, and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality, finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in recipe costing, food cost analysis, or analogous roles within the food and beverage sector.
- Proficiency in mathematical and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and food production processes.
- Competency in spreadsheet software and accounting tools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and precision.
