**What you will do**:

- Oversee and manage daily site activities to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Plan and delegate tasks while troubleshooting on-site challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of progress, materials, and personnel.
- Coordinate labour and material on site.
- Direct and monitor the work of site crews to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and respond to issues and obstacles that may impede project progress.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available as needed.
- Serve as a liaison providing clear updates and feedback.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

**Your experience & abilities**
- Journeyman Certificate or related construction discipline preferably.
- 3+ years of experience on site as a lead hand, foreman, or related role supervising construction.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Ability to address challenges quickly and make sound judgments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Must be flexible and a team player.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
