We are a big cladding and roofing company in the HRM market With over 25 installers, we are looking for hardworking and ambitious individuals to join our team.

Qualifications:

- Must have at least 3 years of experience in the Cladding industry.
- Must have significant understanding of safe work procedures and safety practices. Safety is our number one priority.
- Not afraid of working on heights.
- Must drive a vehicle.
- Great drive and work ethic.
- Must be able to lead on a cladding job, delegate, and control the quality of the work.
- Must be able to proficiently read and analyze Blueprints.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma
- Fall protection and MEWP training

**Requirements for potential higher pay**:

- Have a valid swing staging operator training
- Have your own power tools and fall protection gear

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cladding: 3 years (required)
