We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Service Manager** to join our team at our **Lethbridge **branch. As a **Service Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of skilled technicians and support staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the service department, including technicians and support staff
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs and maintenance
- Schedule appointments and allocate resources effectively to meet customer needs
- Provide guidance and support to technicians, assisting with complex repairs when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of service history, repairs, and warranties
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any concerns or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in garage door repairs

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Manager (3 year required)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of garage doors is an asset
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficient in basic financial management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $65,000.00-$88,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (required)
- Mechanical knowledge: 2 years (preferred)
