Lifemark is seeking an experienced **Recruiter **to support Lifemark's Seniors Wellness division

This role takes having patience, a great sense of humor, persistence, and the strong desire to achieve successful recruitment outcomes. Your 3+ years of experience as a recruiter supporting high volume roles, knowledge of recruitment best practices, along with a familiarity of applicant tracking systems will allow for great success in this position. An understanding of the professions of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and other physical and mental health rehabilitation services is highly valuable for this role.
**A few other typical role accountabilities include**:
- Reporting, metrics, & recruitment analytics
- Telephone screenings, video and in-person interviews
- Direct sourcing of competitor talent
- The creation & advertisement of original, attractive job postings on internal and external job boards & niche sites
- Virtual and In-Person attendance at career fairs and trade shows
