Review, make recommendations to current programs such as Employee Referral Program, Recruitment Vendor Programs, College/University Relations.Coordinates and participates in job fairs, open houses, and other recruiting events.About YouUniversity or college-level education in Human Resources or business administration.A drive for results.Comfort using social media tools including Instagram and LinkedIn.Proven success in working in close partnership with internal clients, vendors and HR Business Partners in a relationship-based culture/environment.A desire to deliver innovative talent practices, strategies & solutions.A change champion.Strong computer & technology skills (MS Office)Possess five values that define our people:Hospitality.
