**Responsibilities**:

- Post new job opportunities
- Conduct meetings with hiring managers/department administrators to understand requirements of the roles
- Screen resumes for the essential requirements
- Forward successful applicants to hiring teams for consideration
- Track success of the recruitment process by creating and analyzing reports from the ATS and other recruitment campaigns
- Participate in virtual/in-person interviews
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with third party recruiting platforms to ensure job posting efficiency and productivity
- Keep up to date with new technological trends and market compensation information for technical roles
- Manage career fair recruitment
- Participate in Human Resources projects and initiatives
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources is required
- Relevant full-cycle recruitment or Human Resources experience is an asset
- Completed or working towards CHRP designation is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Experience with ATS and/or HCM systems is an asset
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgement
- Ability to focus, prioritize and work well under pressure
- Self starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Intermittent travel required
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid Ontario driver’s licence
